With over 18 years of experience in design, construction, and store development, Erin has led residential renovations and multi-location retail build-outs from early planning through final turnover. Holding a Master’s degree in Architecture, she specializes in translating design intent into constructible, on-brand spaces—partnering closely with clients, designers, and contractors to bring projects from concept through completion.

Known for her strategic thinking, clear communication, and calm leadership, Erin has successfully managed dozens of fast-paced projects simultaneously while mentoring teams and navigating complex schedules, budgets, and site conditions.
